About Karissa
Hi there!
I’ve been enjoying providing home, common space, and office cleaning services since 2006. It started out as a summer job, turned into a mentorship, and has been my own operation since 2011. I am A+ accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
I use mindful products. This includes organic essential oils, environmentally friendly all-purpose cleaners, gentler disinfectants, and organic/natural fibre cloths. Please contact me if you have any questions about the specifics.

Services Provided
Home Cleaning: bathrooms, floors, kitchen, dusting, polishing, disinfecting, dishes, laundry, and more.
Office and Common Space Cleaning: reception and entry areas, desks, interior and exterior windows (ground level), dusting, polishing, disinfecting, cobweb removal, outdoor sweeping, kitchen, bathrooms, and more.
Add-ons: light organizing/sorting, thrift store drop-off, gift certificates.

Rates
5% GST included
$44/hr for home cleaning
$110 minimum visit
$33 for thrift store drop-off.

Referral Program
Refer a friend! When they book, tell them to mention your referral. You both will receive a discount of 1 hour’s labour (transferable, and valid for one year after your friend’s booking). Discount applies to residential customers only. Thank you for your support!

Yes. Smaller move-outs are generally something I can handle (for example, a 1-2 bedroom apartment, or a small office). I work on my own, so larger homes or offices may be do-able, but may require multiple visits. Contact me directly to start a conversation.
