Astrology Consultations: Terms and Fees
I provide individual and group astrology services tailored to meet your needs.
In general, an astrological consultation is a conversation. I serve as a translator and witness of your experience. I offer my interpretation of how the symbolism of past, present, and future celestial events could relate to your experience of life here on earth. You (the client) may choose to share aspects of your personal experience with me to enrich and deepen the conversation.
Individual consultations include a live conversation through mediums such as a video call, phone call, or text-based chat and a written follow-up report for your reference. Current rate is $60 for 75 minutes.
Group astrology services take place in person at your event. Please contact me directly for more information about style, format, and pricing. Travel fees may apply at a rate of $0.33 per km outside of the District of North Vancouver.
I offer a 15-minute in-person chat before any initial booking. This gives us the chance to get to know each other. During this chat you can ask me questions about my consultation style and process to see if we could be a good fit.
Services are scheduled at your convenience, subject to availability. Please contact me directly to arrange a date and time.
Payment is due to secure a booking: payment in full ($60) for individual consultations, and an agreed-upon deposit for group bookings. I accept cash, cheque, and Interac e-Transfer.

Cancellation Policy
For individual consultations, the cancellation fee is $20. There is no charge for changing or rescheduling our appointment. The fee may be waived in extenuating circumstances.
In the rare occasion that I need to cancel, change, or reschedule an appointment, I will provide you with as much notice as possible, along with an offer of refund, reschedule, or other remedy as appropriate.
For group consultations, the agreed-upon deposit serves as a cancellation fee: it is non-refundable. The fee may be waived in extenuating circumstances.
There may be a rare occasion in which I need to cancel a booking (for example, if I am sick or contagious). In this case, I will provide you with as much notice as possible, along with an offer of refund, reschedule, or other remedy as appropriate.
Other Conditions
Astrological consultations are highly individual arrangements that require me as an astrologer to have your (the client’s) birth details. This information is always kept private (see Privacy Policy below) and you are in control of how much you choose to share.
In a consultation, I serve as a translator and a witness of your experience. I do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. In participating in a consultation, you understand that you are responsible for your choices.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
It’s my goal to leave you feeling 100% satisfied. Did I happen to miss the mark? If so, please let me know where I went wrong. I will respond as soon as possible and will work with you to make things right.
Privacy Policy
I collect only the necessary personal information to provide my services, including name, address, contact information, and payment details. This personal information is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communicating with you regarding your services.
I may also occasionally update you on any updates to the business (such as changes to availability, rates, my contact details, or online presence).
Astrology is the study of how earthly and celestial events correspond. In this light, I also require your birth information: date, time, and location of birth. You may choose to volunteer to share as much as you are comfortable with.
I implement appropriate security measures to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You have the right to access, correct, modify, or delete of your personal information by contacting me through the methods below (for emails, please check your spam for my reply if we’re not already contacts).
