cleaning methods
In order to balance thoroughness and efficiency, I develop a unique cleaning system for each space, finding the sweet spot between reasonable dwell time + targeted scrubbing, and between using plain water + using concentrated soaps.
With your permission, I use essential oils for gentle aromatherapy.
To minimize cross-contamination, I use:
– dedicated, clean house shoes
– hygienic workflows
– fresh cloths
– clean bottles

I hold an A+ accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, and from Synergy Foundation: a Green Business and Water Friendly Business certification.
communication protocols
I typically respond to requests + inquiries within 1-2 business days. I use inclusive language to respect pronouns and diversity. I exclude AI from my business communications and record-keeping.
