I start with an initial clean at my base rate of $48.00/hour + GST, using this estimate chart as a guide.
Things I can help with: bathrooms, floors, dusting, polishing, trash/recycling, kitchen (incl. appliances), interior windows, exterior windows (ground floor), cobwebs, light dishes, light laundry
Recurring service (monthly or more frequent) available at per-visit rates (approximately $45.00/hour + GST).

For spaces <1000 ft² to be cleaned in one day:
flat fee, all-inclusive, and efficient.

After confirming details, I will send a request for a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remainder of the fee will be due upon completion of service.

I am generally available to clean on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with 1 – 2 weeks notice.
A full residential clean typically takes 3 to 5 hours, depending on the size, scope, and level of build-up. With tax, this works out to around $150 – $250 per visit.
A pre-tidy helps me work most efficiently. Other than that, please don’t feel like you have to pre-clean.
As I am currently a one-person operation, I specialize in areas 1000 square feet or less. Larger spaces would require at least two appointments, and are billed at a rate of $48.00/hour + GST. Please contact me to discuss!
